From professional football to culinary excellence, Björn Frantzén has created a unique path in gastronomy. He is the only chef in the world to operate three Michelin three-star restaurants simultaneously.
After training in London and Paris, he opened Frantzén in Stockholm in 2008. Today, his restaurants span across continents, but the flagship in Stockholm remains the heart of his culinary universe.
